Übersichtliche Skizzen der Behälter

Auf Grundlage von Konstruktionszeichnungen erstellen wir im Vorfeld der Inspektion eine Skizze in der alle inspizierten Punkte eingezeichnet werden. Die Bilder werden den Punkten entsprechend benannt, gespeichert und in einem bebilderten Bericht wiedergegeben.

Die detaillierte Dokumentation erlaubt eine Wiederholungsinspektion unter gleichen Gesichtspunkten.

Das Ergebnis

Der Zustand von Schweißnähten oder Verschraubungen kann im Detail visuell beurteilt werden.
Alle Bilder werden in voller Auflösung gespeichert und mit dem Bericht übergeben. Ein digitales heranzoomen am Bildschirm ist dadurch problemlos möglich.

Die Technik

Unser Stativkopf verfügt über eine Remotesteuerung zum Variieren der Brennweite. Das Teleobjektiv kann dadurch in komplettem Umfang ausgeschöpft werden.

An der Kamera wird zusätzlich eine Beleuchtung angebracht um ungewollten Schatten vorzeubeugen.
